About Me
Hi I'm Emma. I am so glad you found me, it was meant to be.
I qualified from the University of Pretoria in 2013. When doing my community service in Ermelo, Mpumalanga I discovered my passion for people and decided to work for a Non Profit Organization, Malamulele Onward. I treated children with Cerebral Palsy in rural Southern Africa and specialised in Peadiatric Neurology (NDT) in 2016. I have helped developed and implement multiple training programmes to empower Care Givers and Mothers of children with Cerebral Palsy.
In 2018 I joined private practice and decided to nurture my passion for movement and women. I hold a qualification as a Pilates Instructor, as well as a Yoga teacher. My love for yoga however deepened throughout these years. I find myself teaching and bringing in mind as well as body when working with my patients.
In 2019 I started my Women's Health journey after struggling with chronic pelvic pain for a couple of years. I have since nurtured my special interest in all things considered taboo:
pee, pooh, pain and pleasure.
I help women by empowering them to take control of their pain and injuries. I promote healing through movement and education.
I am passionate about people, and believe in power through encouragement, motivation, and knowledge.
This is key to clients successfully overcoming their injuries.
I look forward to engaging with you.
I am registered with the South African Society of Physiotherapy and Health Professions Council (HPCSA).
